I don't know where the VTA stops are. If the closest drop off is downtown, then it's about a 10 minute walk to the Harborview Hotel. There is a path across from the hotel that will bring you to the lighthouse. It's downhill initially and about a 5-10 minute walk depending on you. Lots to see and take pictures of. I truly hope you enjoy it. It's beautiful!
