利蒙，哥斯达黎加东岸一港都、利蒙省首府，亦称为利蒙港。为该国在加勒比海的首要海港，与西边105公里处的首都圣何塞有铁路相通。该市虽依古印地安村落遗址辟建，却是一个新城1876年创建。即由联合水果公司开发成为中美洲首要的香蕉港。1930年中期罹患植物病害，迫使农业放弃东部的香蕉园，迁往西岸。1960年本区的香蕉种植业再度复苏。
