if you go with a taxi driver, the guard at the gate lets you in; you buy your tickets at the gift store and the driver drops you off right there. You can call ahead and find out what time the tours …

We had purchased our tickets at the resort with the intention of going with a group tour but the tour bus did not show up. fortunately, we took our ticket confirmation with us and we were able to use them and our contact person at the resort, reimbursed us for the taxi cost
