PFC Shaneria Robinson, a senior at Delaware State University and a 15T Helicopter Repairer, made history as the Army National Guard's first African-American female Crew Chief.

Officials have confirmed that the crew chief aboard the Black Hawk involved in the D.C. crash was previously stationed at the Hunter Army Airfield.
