Kevin Stubbs has dreamed of joining the Navy for the last 18 years but wasn’t able to because of a mobility disorder Cerebral Palsy.

A big snowstorm has made its way to Maine and for us in the county, it’s the first big winter storm of the season. Despite messy roads and the cold temperature, folks are excited to see the snow.
