Deer blinds are perfectly legal to use when hunting. It was what this man used, and the fact he didn't have permission to be on that property, that got him busted. What we don't know if the man used his "toilet stand" while hunting. That could've made for a smelly situation.

The man was caught returning to his makeshift blind on the first day of deer season. Texas Game Wardens said he was charged and removed the stand from the property.

Police in Henderson County, Texas busted a man hunting deer on private property without permission from the land's owner. The gentlemen apparently hid inside a port-a-potty that he used as a "deer blind" to avoid the animals spotting him.

Texas game wardens say they used a secret camera to "flush out" a poacher who was using a converted porta-potty to hunt deer without the landowner's permission. The investigation began last deer season when game wardens discovered a hunting blind made out of an old portable toilet,
