Ben Simmons has agreed to a contract buyout with the Nets and intends to sign with the Clippers once he clears waivers, sources told ESPN's Shams Charania on Saturday.

Simmons, who reportedly will sign with the Clippers, played in 33 of the Nets' 52 games this season, and averaged 6.2 points and 6.9 assists. He is making $40 million.
