An investigation is underway after hate symbols and racial slurs were found painted on a Dollar General store in Delaware.

Shortly after 9NEWS reported on an ongoing conflict involving the display of swastikas, the symbols were removed.

Ye used a local TV ad in Los Angeles to direct people to his website, where he is selling T-shirts emblazoned with swastikas.

Displaying hate symbols, funding terrorism and terror crimes will now carry mandatory minimum sentences federally after the laws successfully passed parliament on Thursday.
