After two crashes along Winchester Road Friday morning, a Lexington business owner is raising concerns about safety.

Wellman, a graduate of Waynesboro Area Senior High School, was killed in an accident Feb. 11 in South Carolina.

On Feb. 13, a petition from Steven Wilson went before the Yarmouth Zoning Board of Appeals but didn’t make it very far.

Friday is the first day outdoor enthusiasts can head out to the Eastern State Exposition grounds in West Springfield.
