The Bills will be missing starting safety Taylor Rapp, who is out with a hip injury. Rapp came up with an interception of Lamar Jackson and added a pass breakup in last week’s AFC Divisional Round victory. Rookie Cole Bishop, a second-round pick from Utah, will get the start.
