Esther Price Candies started preparing for Valentine’s Day right after Christmas by putting assorted chocolates in heart-shaped boxes.

Police responded to a call from the Carters/Oshkosh store on Feb. 1 about an alleged theft that had occurred earlier that day. No suspects were arrested.
