Moody Gardens is a 242-acre theme park, complete with a variety of attractions and a hotel and convention center. The complex houses a wave pool, a beach and a lazy river, which is open seasonally.

The Hilton in West Palm Beach announced that Moody Tongue will begin accepting reservations on January 7. Executive Sushi Chef Hiromi Iwakiri designed the hyper-seasonal and elevated sushi menu.
