wasnt the flag that got me, didnt notice the flag. was the insertion of this nonsense into dialouge. now that I know, I am officially on boycott of all CDPR products I have yet to purchase (still might play the game some but will be avoiding questline in the future) but I am holding off on anything from them until they come to their senses.

2022年6月9日 · Well, there probably are specific flags actually, but I meant that in the standard trans flag pink represents femininity and blue represents masculinity, and there's a Sylveon that highlights either color. I really should've been clearer about that in my initial post though haha. 😅

2023年3月13日 · Few reasons. One, Maddy Thorson, the game's creator, came out as trans shortly after the Farewell DLC was released. Two, Lena Raine, the composer of the game's soundtrack, is a trans woman. Three, Madeline herself is trans as confirmed by Maddy. In fact you can see a trans pride flag on her desk at the end of Farewell. Those are the big three.

2022年3月24日 · Being trans, I noticed the flag instantly the first time you go to her garage. I also love how they did it. Like others mentioned, it's not the character's whole identity. I hate that. Being trans isn't my whole identity but rather a small portion of it. Claire and I have a lot in common, so I genuinely have a strong connection with her.

For backgrounds you can use if your still in the closet or if you just want to subtly show your a part of the community. There's a lot of reasons to want a bit more subtle of a background and it can be hard to find one, so this subreddit is dedicated to making that a bit easier.

The trans flag makes me think of Argentina's flag, which I also find very appealing. Flag design should be simple, being trans is complicated, but the use of the "traditional" male/female colors on it gets the point across well enough easily but the white band in the middle makes it so it so it's not hitting people over the head with blatancy ...

The rainbow flag is the rainbow flag, the trans flag is the trans flag. Both look cool by themselves, you don't need to merge them. Reply reply More replies
