2016年3月1日 · I had my 2-door YJ, and it proved more and more impractical as my ownership of it wore on. It was way too small to serve as an SUV. For example, I had better luck fitting 2x4's into the back of my Firebird, than into the YJ, for those weekend trips to the home center. A 4-door XJ, and now a 4-door JK, are much more useful in every day life.

2015年7月28日 · The 4 door allows the Wrangler to be a more well rounded vehicle. Personally, I would much prefer a 2 door, but I can't tow a useful trailer with one. Hell, I couldn't even take a 2 door tent camping since there just isn't enough room for me, the girlfriend, and the dog unless I left behind any sort of tools or equipment that I need.

2018年5月6日 · The longest trip I have taken in a 2 door Jeep was a little over 900 miles in a YJ. It was in '94 and I was driving a '93 YJ, automatic, hard top. No cruise control!! I did take the better part of two days. The 200 mile range because of the smallish fuel tank was a hassle. I'd fill up, relax for an hour and then start looking for gas.

2020年10月13日 · The JKs (and I assume the JLs) are much easier than the YJ/TJ to get in and out of. As for the JK vs. JL. I think they're the same for door opening and all. The one thing that I saw on the Bronco that would be nice for older riders is the side dash grab handle. Slick Idea that is in a great place.

2021年3月23日 · The 2 door and 4 door are the same width and neither is any more prone to rolling over than the other on the trail. As Aldo stated each has their own positives and negatives on the trail but both are extremely capable. The main reason most people pick the 4-door is the obvious one, it has more room for people and gear.

I thought Tesla was bad but jeep doesn’t even return messages at least Tesla does. Have two cars with dumbass leaders and underwhelming service department. They sure are responsive when buying.
