2008年4月30日 · Haven't seen this happen before, in fact I rarely see any background usage over night, but woke up this morning to see my battery in the red so I checked and saw that WhatsApp had been running for almost 5.5 hours overnight. What on earth could it be doing? You'll also see that I get incredible battery usage too. I'm still on iOS 14.3.

2024年12月6日 · Just one more thing: I work in a DARK room. I have added LEDs to the back of the monitor and have them set to a Yellow / orange color. My old eyes don’t like BLUE light and this helps reduce the White backgrounds to a brightness that is easy on my eyes and still gives me good color on Videos / movies. Also I have “Night Mode” set on.

2007年6月30日 · Last night I put the mini to sleep and kept an eye on it for ~30 mins: there would be periods of no light, then the light would come on (using a consistent blinking patten), then go back to no light for a bit. I left it overnight and saw that it was blinking this morning.

6 天之前 · I'm going to justify cluttering this thread with my desktop wallpaper by stating that last weekend I upgraded monitors and because I switched back to horizontal displays on the ends AND because these displays are different resolutions, there is sufficient grounds to warrant posting the differences.

2024年12月23日 · I use mine as a Kindle book reader. I also have two apps that still work where I can see the weather temperature, humidity level, and windspeed. The apps also tells me if it's sunny, rainy, or snowing. One app has a darker view where I can use it as a night readout of the above functions without the light disturbing my sleep.

2024年12月3日 · Later I tried using an M2 MBA and all symptoms were greatly diminished (95%), to the point I was able to comfortably use a laptop again at night. So I assumed it had something to do with the PWM or contrast or color (over)saturation of the MBP mini-led. But 2 months ago I decided to try out the nano texture MBP M4 14". And it's awesome.
