2024年3月3日 · As far as what you noted about when you put your machine in reverse, the note in your owners manual states: NOTE: The DPS adjustment will not be possible if the vehicle transmission is set to REVERSE. so you will not see the info about the power steering modes when in reverse. Have you checked the 40a fuse in the Rear Fuse Holder 2? P.S.

2011年4月24日 · Unlike a fuse, you can't just look at a relay to tell if it's good or bad. Try pulling the relay for the DPS unit and replacing it. There are testers for them, but the relays are only a coupla bucks at any Auto parts store. I'd try just replacing it, first. Then, if it still acts up, change each of the relays, replacing them with a known good one.

Went riding yesterday and Check engine light and check DPS flashing on screen, What can be the problem on fixing this ? It works off and on sometimes, Also have a problem with no headlights, checked fuse and relay both are good. Any ideas from anyone ?

2012年4月14日 · In some cases it is the spark plug wires causes too much electrical interference on the DPS wires, which causes the "DPS voltage sensor overload" fault code. Their fix for this is to turn the plug wire boot around and route the plug wire away from DPS wire and if needed, zip-tie the DPS wire away as well.
