John Dramani Mahama (/ məˈhɑːmə / ⓘ; born 29 November 1958) [1] is a Ghanaian politician who has been the 14th president of Ghana since 7 January 2025. [2][3] He previously served as the 12th president from 2012 to 2017 and as the fifth vice president from 2009 to 2012. [4] .
