EDIT: (Untested) @BotSpot below pointed out that you can just right click on the menu icon to access preferences instead.

2013年1月29日 · When you right click on your panel you have the option to add applets. You simply need to add the menu and you will have it back. But the icon for the menu will no longer have a picture of a raspberry, it will be a picture of a monitor/pc screen . Click on that and you will find all of the things you originally found on the default icon for menu.
