Today, Blue Origin opened our new headquarters and R&D facility in Kent, Washington. The facility is Blue Origin’s hub of operations as we continue to grow our team. Below are excerpts from remarks given by Blue Origin CEO Bob Smith at today’s ribbon cutting event.

BE-7 is a high-performance, dual-expander cycle engine. The engine generates 10,000 lbf (44.5 kN) of vacuum thrust in space and is capable of deep throttling.

2024年11月22日 · Blue Origin Completes 27th Mission; Debuts New Human-Rated Vehicle. Blue Origin’s 27th mission debuted the second human-rated vehicle for the New Shepard program, enabling expanded flight capacity to better meet growing customer demand.

Blue Origin engines are designed and developed at our headquarters in Kent, WA. We produce the BE-4, BE-3U, and BE-7 engines in Huntsville, AL. Our engines and propulsion subsystems are thoroughly tested and qualified near Van Horn, TX and at Test Stand 4670 in Huntsville, AL.

2020年2月17日 · Today, Blue Origin opened its rocket engine production facility in Huntsville, AL. The world-class engine manufacturing facility in The Rocket City will conduct high rate production of the BE-4 and BE-3U engines.
