The globe wipes into a completely silver color and "CBS VIDEO" (or "CBS DVD" on DVD releases), in the same font as the last logo, fades in underneath. As all that happens, the background turns into a cool gray/black gradient.

This logo can also be seen with its network television counterpart's then-current "Wallpaper" logo before it on syndicated reruns of the CSI franchise. The short version should be found on every remaining release of the original "Five-O," from #4 to the end, along with most DVD releases of older CBS-owned programming from late April 2008 onward.

The CBS/FOX logo, now in white, appears over the rings piece-by-piece, first with "CBS" and then "FOX". The trademark symbol also flashes for a bit as well. The entire logo fades out to make room for the whole CBS/FOX Video logo to rotate from the bottom left corner of the screen and settles into place.

Some examples include a public domain VHS of The Jack Benny Show, and some mid-2000's DVD's of The George Burns and Gracie Allen Show. Currently, the latest known use of this logo was on "Liberace Show," an episode of The Jack Benny Show …
