To confirm this, Select the Driver tab, select the Driver Details button, and look for a file name that includes stream.sys. If it’s there, your Camera was designed before Windows 7 and you’ll have to replace it with a newer webcam.

2024年1月18日 · Windows will automatically detect the camera and reinstall the driver. Another way is to refresh the camera driver. Press Windows button + X then select device manager. Then click on system devices> then scroll down and right click the Surface rear camera then select uninstall and do not put any check mark on the small box that say complete delete.
