2024年1月9日 · If you remove the slot in slot cars, you won't call it slot cars anymore. If you add slots into rc cars, then they'll be called slot cars and their controllers with steering will be redundant. These are 2 very different systems, alongside the age-old Tamiya mini 4WD cars that run on batteries and within a trough-like track.

2021年12月24日 · Secondly: What would be the best motor for a Carrera Digital 1:32 car? A local shop advised me the Slot Devil 7024, but i also read the mb slot dodo motor is really fast. I also read that performance is shown by rpm and torque (g•cm) and saw the Scaleauto Long-Can Outlaw Motor 35,000rpm looked very promising.

2021年9月2日 · Slot racing is not big in my area and none of my friends are interested so ghost cars would be an important feature for me. I live in the USA so not sure how that affects availability of track, cars and accessories. My original thought was Scalextric ARC, but I read where many prefer Carrera so would love to get thoughts and options. Thanks Brian

2020年12月28日 · This is my first slot car experiance. the table is 197"x 82" (500cm x 208cm). Carrera Digital 132 , 2 lanes. Running an external power supply 0-30v - 10amps and SmartRace app for timing etc... My carrera digital cars run pretty good. The DTM Audi and BMW the back ends tend to break loose pretty easy. Even with silicone tires.

2008年12月8日 · I started slot racing with a couple of carrera go tracks, I first installed one power supply on each lane, after that, installed a switch to decrease voltage, and add brake after market controllers (60ohm). Finally, I tried to tune carrera go cars (adding 1/32 slide guide) but I never achieved to make it run decently.

2007年5月22日 · The standard sidewinder gear spacing for Carrera, Slot.it, Fly, and Scalextric is 19 mm. That means if you use Slot.it spur gears, select one of the SIGS01/02/03 gears (34/35/36 teeth) and the 6.5 mm sidewinder pinions, SIPS10/11/12/13. The Slot.it site and catalog show the compatibility of the various gears and motor pods.

2013年7月5日 · The Carrera Universal 132 was the most best selling slot tracks ever made, with an unique 3 rail system that allows simultaneous running two cars on a single lane. Recently I have purchaseda more Carrera Universal 132 slot stuff, which I would like to show in further posts in case that there is some interest in early Carrera slot racing here.

It's also not likely that you will find many people racing 1/43 in your area. On the other hand, the cars are physically larger than the HO cars. That means that they are easier to work on than HO scale cars, but since there are fewer aftermarket parts for 1/43 scale, there are not a lot of easy upgrades. HO is a great scale.
