Customer: I am selling my timeshare and I am trying to verify a trust account with Citibanamex. I don’t speak Spanish so calling the regular number found on their website that I couldn’t get through my paperwork there is a 2 nd number that is called the “ cross-border division “ (011 52)(###) ###-#### I got ahold of someone and they spoke English.
