The Cadillac V-Series.R, originally named the Cadillac V-LMDh, is a sports prototype racing car designed by Cadillac and built by Dallara. It is designed to the Le Mans Daytona h regulations, and debuted in the IMSA SportsCar Championship at the season opening 24 Hours of Daytona .

As recipient of the 2022 IMSA Marketing Achievement Award, Cadillac has used the IMSA partnership and events as an automotive marketing platform to launch the Blackwing family of vehicles, as well as creating three special track edition vehicles honoring the brand’s racing heritage at Sebring, Watkins Glen and Road Atlanta.

2024年9月5日 · DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – Cadillac Racing announced that its IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship program will expand to three Grand Touring Prototype (GTP) factory cars beginning with the start of the 2025 season. All three entries have been confirmed to compete by IMSA.

The Cadillac DPi-V.R is a sports prototype racing car which started competing in the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship in North America in 2017. It is the manufacturer variation of Dallara P217 base, and replaces the Corvette DP.
