I have a 2022 Honda Civic Sport, that I purchased brand new and in the state of RI you don't need a state inspection sticker for 2 years or until your registration is up, which mine will be Sept 2024. Here is the frustrating part, last Sept 2023 I was provided a vehicle inspection form Uber, which I got completed at the facility. They accepted it.

2019年8月31日 · The inspection sheet requires the name/signature/ASE # of the tech who did the inspection. If you just randomly input some info or forged it by copying it from one of their "employee of the month" plaques or whatever and they can verify I'm sure you'd get perma banned all for saving $20 and 20 minutes of your time.

2024年10月28日 · I submitted a form today (purportedly Uber's) and it was denied, missing logo and other stuff. It was the one you can get from the rideshare guy. I have looked all over the web but have not found a downloadable form (for California) that has Uber's logo on it. The Lyft form was submitted but I haven't heard anything back yet. Fingers crossed.

2024年4月14日 · Same thing happened to me with Lyft. If at the top of the sheet it says that it is the inspection certification that means it is the correct form, so try submitting it a few more times. If that doesn’t work contact them and tell them it is the correct form for your state.

When you get the e-mail from Lyft stating that it's time for your annual vehicle re-inspection, be sure that the form they link you to for printing, is the correct inspection form for your service region!

2016年7月13日 · Most Firestone and PepBoys-type shops in LA & OC will do it for $20. Not sure who's telling you $90. Lyft has also always accepted my Uber inspection form, since it's exactly the same 19-point inspection form mandated by the CPUC. Someone is pulling your leg, or you're being overly dramatic.
