Miss Diketon (Janet Leigh) was a secondary villainess who was later betrayed and redeemed in the 1966 two-part episode "The Concrete Overcoat Affair" for the TV series "The Man from U.N.C.L.E.". In 1967 the two-part episodes were re-edited into a full length film version and entitled "The Spy in the Green Hat".

Jack Palance and Janet Leigh worked together in "The Concrete Overcoat Affair" (seen in movie houses as "The Spy in The Green Hat"), an episode that spoofed the thirties gangster films and featured supporting roles from Joan Blondell, Eduardo Giannelli, Jack LaRue, and Allen Jenkins.
