Miss Diketon (Janet Leigh) was a secondary villainess who was later betrayed and redeemed in the 1966 two-part episode "The Concrete Overcoat Affair" for the TV series "The Man from U.N.C.L.E.". In 1967 the two-part episodes were re-edited into a full length film version and entitled "The Spy in the Green Hat".
