2021年11月1日 · I have tried both the built-in "Windows Fax and Scan" app and the "Windows Scan" app from the Windows Store. Neither of them will scan multiple pages to a PDF file which seriously is the most basic requirement for a scanner app in 2022. I think the only solution would be to find a 3rd-party app. I'm going to look for one now.

In order to scan a multi-page document into a single file, you must configure the scan to use a file type that supports multi-page documents. 2016年11月30日 · I just downloaded the scanning app that is compatible with Windows 10 and all of the settings (scanner, source, file type, etc) has been set and once I click "scan" I receive a pop up box that states "Problem Scanning. Something went wrong. Please try again." I DO NOT get that same message when I click Preview Scan. The scan works well.

2022年4月18日 · The Scan App from the Windows store is having issues connecting the my wireless printer and scanner. What makes this very annoying is that it my laptop has no issues recognizing the printer and scanner - all the devices are connected and recognized under the System Settings>Bluetooh and Devices>Printers and Scanners menu.

When I scan multiple pages using the automated document feeder on an Epson XP-7100 printer / scanner, alternate pages are upside down. I am unable to install the software supplied by Epson becasue it is not approved for installation in Windows 11.

2018年1月1日 · I installed Microsoft SCAN app for Windows 10 from the Microsoft store. It installed correctly and I ran it from the store launch option. Since then I cannot locate this program. I can go back to the store and bring up the app. It says htat it is already installed and offers the opportunity to launch from there, but that is a pain.
