2024年4月15日 · I've even installed PSv2023 but still can't open a CR2file. I've ensured I right click on a CR2 file and tell it to open with PS. I also saw on a post to reset preferences by Shift+Ctrl+Alt when starting PS, but that didn't change anything. I installed Adobe Bridge and set the File Type preferences to open CR2 with PS. Still nothing.

2025年1月2日 · When I try to open CR2 files in Photoshop (both 2025 AND Beta) shot on my 5D mkiv, the image appears garbeled. Previews and jpegs are fine. I've tried CF and SD cards (multiples of each). I've reinstalled Adobe Camera Raw twice. These Raw files WILL open in Lightroom and I can edit them there.

2024年11月4日 · After all this, I opened CS4, Bridge, located my first .CR2 file, and it worked just fine. I was also able to convert these .CR2 files, once opened, to DNG files. Hope this helps.

2019年3月20日 · I don't see the point of that. The files open fine with Apple's Preview app, Pixinsight, and Photoshop CS6. It also opened with whatever the current version of Photoshop was in November 2018 when I created the images. They just don't open with the version of Photoshop CC I have now, as described above.

2020年11月27日 · Any raw file must go 'through' ACR to be available to Photoshop. (ACR is not needed for JPG, TIF, PSD, etc, Bitmap files) When you 'Open' a raw file with Photoshop, ACR automatically starts the render process, before it will appear in the Photoshop environment. "I have managed to open CR2 files in Photoshop."- How? Can you explain? I do not know!
