2020年11月12日 · There is a known issue in SolidWorks opening Autodesk exported *.stp files - the manual fix is to edit a single line in the export, but I forget what it is and didn't bother to search since the IGES (*.igs) worked. ACIS (*.sat) also worked - but translated as a single multi-body *.sldprt file rather than as assembly and parts.

2023年12月18日 · One workaround that sometimes helps is to open the STP file in another CAD package, then re-save it. Creo tends to be very unforgiving for bad geometry, but sometimes other CAD packages can accept less than ideal geometry. Your best bet though is to get a new STP file from the creator, and if that still doesn't work, try another neutral file ...

2017年2月24日 · Hi, Navisworks Freedom will only open NWD or 3D DWF files. so you would need to append/open the .stp file in Navisworks Simulate or Manage and the save as .NWD so this can be viewed in Navisworks Freedom.

However, Creo View running standalone will open .stp files but not .stl . I tried e-drawings and oddly found it will open .stl but not .stp .

2017年9月27日 · Import STP file in AutoCAD and save as DWG. Link the DWG in Revit. When you get the updated STP, just re-import to the same DWG and the link in Revit will be updated.
