Pamelia J, who didn't wish to reveal her real name, suffers from gigantomastia, a rare condition which causes rapid and excessive breast tissue growth. Since she was diagnosed in March 2022, her breasts have grown from a J cup bra size - to an O cup in 14 months. Pamelia, 27, began using OnlyFans in January 2018 before she developed the condition.

Combining her love for art and photography, Pamela has chosen to take her images to a new level. Selected photos are printed onto high quality watercolor paper. She meticulously paints by hand directly onto the entire image with watercolors. The color placement enhances the three dimensional quality of each photograph.
