2023年7月3日 · Pokemon gain 1 experience point for every step. For perspective, charizard evolves into lvl 36. So to get one from lvl 36 to 100 you need around 1,019,900 exp points (used pokemon exp candy calculator + basic math). Thats more than million steps in game. Its slow. It takes alot of time. Even 2 level growth from LVL 36 to LVL 38 takes 7,900 steps.

2021年7月25日 · Day care gives you 1 EXP per step you take. Linoone is Medium Fast, so it takes 1,000,000 XP total to reach level 100. According to Bulbapedia the Mach Bike in ORAS lets you take 16 steps per second. I'm going to say for this calc it's about the same in Emerald since I couldn't find any speed estimate for that game.

Hidden Power is determined by the Pokemon's Individual Values which are a 0-31 number for each stat randomly generated when the Pokemon is first encountered. Breeding for a specific Hidden Power requires a certain set of IVs to be passed from the parents to the offspring.

2021年6月15日 · It will work best if you breed Hoenn region pokemon specifically, since Kanto/Johto only provide I think 30% of their damage there. It might work a bit better if you have a lot of shards invested in a certain type and you breed more pokemon of that type. E.g.:

The balance to that being if a Pokemon dies, I can't use a Pokemon related to it by evolution any more (so no breeding a replacement to killed Pokemon). The main appeal of this being egg moves. I bred a Hypno with Fire Punch a while back, and I felt it gave me a fun, unique experience, and it later became an elite four champion.

2011年5月15日 · Oh, and by the way, the day care only makes the pokemon forget the move at the very top of its moveset, if memory serves. New moves are placed at the very bottom of the moveset. What I used to do was maintain it by checking every few levels, take it out and push the moves I wanted to keep at the bottom of its moveset.
