Even fully zipped and wearing my boots I never once felt constricted. @ Erbswurst is a big fan of the M-1945 sleeping bag case, as am I. Keeps the bag much cleaner, a little warmer, and helps contain any loose feathers (chicken, duck, pigeon, or otherwise)!

2019年7月25日 · A liner makes good sense, if only to keep the sleeping bag itself clean. But it will also add warmth (weight too) Then there's the comfort factor. I used a Coleman Peak 1 bag for quite a while (till it got legs of its own,) and it was a real good 3-4 season bag, if a bit bulky.

2022年2月6日 · I put together a personal sleep system for myself using 2 wool blankets I cut and sewn into mummy sleeping bags. but the blankets by themselves are not enough, I needed a wind block because the wind blows right through the felted type blanket material robbing all the heat. 2014年1月9日 · We camp all year I put two in my bag an hour or so before bed. One in the middle and one down by the feet they warm the bag up nice. Slide them down in the foot area when you climb in if you wake up with cold feet just feel around for them and warm up them piggies. The bag is a nylon lined - 30 bag and the warmers never even left a mark on it.

2013年8月17日 · Both mornings, the bag was damp on the outside but dry in the inside. The higher temp sleeping bag I have barely takes up half of that carry bag it comes with, so I usually stuff a bed sheet and a pillow in there with it and fight the zipper closed. I would guess that their -20°F bag would fill up the carry bag like they show in the picture.
