Anyway, I'm pretty sure I've ran the entire interior of Binco many times, and for me at least; the dresses didn't become available until after I unlocked a dress in his wardrobe (after the very last mission). This was pre-GTA V, Rockstar stop stealin' my ideas Joking aside, killing Johnny was no thing to me except that we weren't controlling the perp (Trevor) and it was just this throwaway thing.
