Duke Energy customers have reported receiving statements via email that claim their "energy bill" is due or past due. These types of emails, known as phishing, instruct customers to click on a link to pay their bill. Clicking on the link could result in downloading a virus onto the recipient’s computer or theft of personal information.

A WHOIS lookup shows that Duke Energy owns that domain and has since 2015. The domain seems legit per online sources but the text still seems scammy. I’d ignore the link in the text and login to your Duke Profile as normal or call them to check if a credit was applied.
