Alaska’s Wildland Fire Academies strive to build firefighters with a strong moral compass, effective leadership, and solid firefighting fundamentals. Basic Academy Graduation is April 30th 2024 at 10am and will be live streamed on DOF's Facebook page. Through dedication to our core values and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) we will instill work ethic, professionalism, and competence; qualities that they will apply at every incident and as leaders in their future endeavors.
