Stop using exercise like a hammer! Most people think a hammer is only good for hammering in a nail. Have ankle pain? Do an ankle drill. See a nail? Use a hammer. (and yes to all my hammer nerds out there - I’ve used a hammer for other uses beyond just a nail, but I’m trying to make a point about reductionism and local exercises!) I’ve got a workshop coming up this Thursday (May 16th) - where we’ll go into depth on this metaphor. We'll be working on looking at foot drills like a swiss army knife.
