✨How to help my newborn sleep ✨ ‌ 👉🏻From day 1 you can start establishing routines and schedules. These will be simple but it will start establishing consistency. ‌ 👉🏻Follow the eat—> play—> sleep schedule. This will help you get into a schedule and routine. ‌ 👉🏻Schedules will come but if you start seeing patterns with eating and naps then stick with it. ‌ 👉🏻Follow wake windows. Newborns wake windows are between 30-45 minutes. Watch for cues and when you see they are tired put them down.
